RESERVATION POLICY
In order for your reservation to be confirmed, you are required to: Fill in all the fields on the reservation form and pay in advance 20% of the total cost. Of the remaining amount, 50% is paid on the day of arrival and 50% one day prior to departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY
GENERAL CANCELATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
If a reservation is cancelled less than 40 days prior to the arrival date, the advance payment is not refunded.
If a reservation is cancelled more than 40 days prior to the arrival date, the advance payment is refunded.
If a reservation is cancelled during the guests’ stay, guests are obliged to pay damages to the company, equal to 50% of the amount owed for the remaining days of the agreed period.
Our company declares that, if no damage is caused to the company ex ante, in relation to the above-mentioned reasons, then the amount paid as a guarantee will be refunded to the client.
ACCOMMODATION POLICY AND FACILITIES
Accommodation is made available to guests on the day of arrival at 14:00 pm.
Guests are able to use the apartment on the day of departure until 11:00 am. For use until 18:00 pm, there is an additional charge of 50% of the daily cost.
An extra bed can only be placed in the apartment upon request, for an additional charge of 20%.
The agreed reservation price includes the following: Hot-cold water (24hrs a day), toilet paper, soap, heating-A/C where necessary, as well as Municipal Taxes and VAT. Cleaning daily, towels changed every two days and linen every three days. Additional facilities free of charge: private parking, small BBQ upon request, hair dryer, safe, telephone, Internet Wi-Fi, ΤV, sunbeds.
